Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is an essential part of ethical practice with clients for counsellors and psychotherapists. Clinical Supervision provides a regular space for the supervisee to explore and reflect on the content and process of client work within a supportive working relationship. The role of a Clinical Supervisor is to facilitate a collaborative exploration of issues that arise during, or in relation to, the therapist's clinical work. These may be matters of therapeutic technique, therapeutic relationships, difficult problems, ethical dilemmas, or issues that impact personally upon the therapist as a result of the therapeutic process. The role of the supervisor is threefold: educative, supportive, and managerial.

If you would like to discuss your supervision needs with one of our experienced supervisors please do get in touch.
